EASY SIZE EXCHANGES
We always want you to be happy with your purchase and we realise that sometimes it can be difficult getting the perfect fit. In case the item you have ordered does not fit correctly, please contact us so we can help you choose an alternative size. Once you return the item we offer a fast exchange service so you can get your replacement as soon as possible.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
You can return items within 7 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size or style. Certain items may be exchangeable but non-refundable, in which case this will be indicated on the product page. Sale items are exchangeable but non-refundable.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with packaging and all labels attached.
Please make sure that shapewear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
You will not be charged additional postage on exchange orders. In the event we are unable to provide a suitable exchange we will automatically refund you in full and let you know via email.
Where a refund is requested we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us. The delivery charge cannot be refunded. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be dealt with as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt.
For exchanges will always do our best to send exchange items as fast as possible.
However, very occasionally this may not be possible if we do not have the exchange item in stock.
Items must be posted to us within 14 days of contacting us whilst within the 7
day returns period. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be returned back to you.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
From receipt, you have 7 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Please contact Customer Care to let us know first.
Items must be posted to us within 14 days of contacting us.
You can return your goods by using your local post office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Please note, it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want an exchange or a refund. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 7 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have returned your parcel using a recorded service that can be tracked, please provide the reference number when you contact us.
